Parents who are pregnant or with children not yet of school age can use this hotline to have a home helper dispatched to take care of household tasks.

Services available:

• Preparation of meals, cleaning up after meals
• General cleaning and tidying up of the house
• Washing and ironing
• Shopping for household essentials
• Helping with bathtime/mealtime for small children
• A friendly ear for chatting about childraising worries,etc.

※The service can only be used when the family is present in the home.

Cost:250 yen per hour
