Takasaki sent out health check coupons to households in April.The coupons can be used to take checks for certain cancers and for the "hatsuratsu kenshin" a general health check for people aged between 19 and 39,and other lifestyle-related conditions, at a low cost. (Refer to the table below for details)

※The "Kenko-no-shiori" is a booklet with information about Takasaki health services that is distributed to all households in April each year.

Cancer set checks

Items in the table marked with ※ can be taken together with other checks at the same time on the same day. To book to take a cancer check set for between May and September 2021, call the appointment hotline on 027-381-6114 or 027-381-6115.
Hotline hours: Monday to Friday (except public holidays), 8:30am to 5:15pm.

Stomach cancer check (for risk markers)※	People aged 40 or 45, or 50 and above, who haven't taken this check in Takasaki after April 2018
Prostate cancer check ※	Men aged 50 and above
Cervical cancer check ※	Women aged 20 and above (Women aged 30 and 35 are also eligible for the HPV test)
Breast cancer check ※	Women aged 40 and above, who didn't take this check in Takasaki city between April 2020 and March 2021
"Hatsuratsu" general health check	People aged 19 to 39
Dental check	People aged 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70
Check for H. pylori infection (increases the risk of stomach cancer)	People aged 20 to 39, who have never taken this check before
Hepatitis virus check	People aged 40 to 75, who have never taken this check before
Bone density check	Women aged 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70
