日本国群馬県高崎市と、フィリピン共和国モンテンルパ市は、教育・文化・スポーツ・経済・環境等の交流を通じ、両市間の相互理解と友好を深めるとともに、両国の親善に寄与し、ひいては世界平和と繁栄に貢献するため、ここに姉妹都市として提携することを協約する。

この協定書は、両市の市長が署名した日から効力を生じ、日本語、英語により、2通作成し、各々これを保有するものとする。

SISTER CITY AGREEMENT

We,the undersigned mayors of Muntinlupa and Takasaki Cities,mutually agree to establish a sister-city relationship in order to promote the friendship of our two cities and our two countries and to contribute to the attainment of world peace through exchanges in education,culture,sports,economic,and environmental activities between our two cities.

This agreement is to take effect upon the signing thereof by the mayors of both cities,with copies made in Japanese and English to be kept by both parties.
