You can get help with daily life problems in English

Examples include city hall procedures, taxes, housing, child rearing, Japanese learning, and more- all at no cost to you. Interpreting is only provided within city hall. Consultations are confidential.

Help in English is available during the times listed below

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. *Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and December 29th to January 3rd

If English speaking staff are unavailable, you can video call with an interpreter on days when the center is open, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
