Free removal of hornet nests

Hornets are dangerous insects. If you find a nest somewhere in the city, such as on buildings or houses, please call and report it. It is free to get the nest removed.

Someone needs to be present and talk to the professional pest controller when they arrive to remove the hornet nest. If the nest is on someone's home or apartment, please be sure to contact the owner in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

*Note: This free removal only applies to nests found on or near buildings and homes. Nests found in the woods or in places that do not affect someone's daily life are not eligible for free removal. There may  also be times when it is too difficult to remove the nests.
