Oversized garbage disposal tickets now available at Seven Eleven

Disposal tickets for throwing away oversized or heavy trash items can now be purchased at Seven Eleven convenience stores nationwide. The price is the same as buying a disposal ticket from city hall (520 yen each) and can be purchased via the in-store Multi-copier. This convenient service allows the tickets to be bought from outside Takasaki or in the evenings and weekends.

How to buy

Use the Multi-copier machine inside the store to print out a payment slip. Take that to the register and pay for it within 30 minutes of printing. Then receive the disposal ticket.

Using the disposal ticket

Unlike the disposal tickets printed at City Hall, the ones from Seven Eleven do not have a sticker on the back side. Be sure to stick it firmly on the trash item so as to not get blown away in the rain or wind.

The usual disposal tickets will continue being sold at City Hall, all branch offices, and all citizen service centers around the city.
