Newly Remodeled Takahama Clean Center

The Takahama Clean Center has been remodeled, bringing changes to where and how garbage disposal takes place within the facility.

As of January, all types of garbage can be collected here. In the past, garbage was sorted into burnable, non-burnable/oversized items, and recyclables before being dropped off at different sections of the facility, but with the installation of the new self-hauling yard, everything can now be dropped off in one location within the Takahama Clean Center.

Garbage collection times will change

The newly remodeled facility will now be able to take collect garbage throughout the day. The hours of operation are going to change as follows:

●Until the end of January 2025: 8:30am to 11:45am, 1pm to 4:45pm

●From February 2025: 8:30am to 4:45pm
