ページID:0087001 更新日:2026年4月6日更新 印刷ページ表示

Free antibody testing for measles and rubella is available for people living with an infant, for women who wish to get pregnant in the future, and for their families. If the test results indicate that a vaccine is necessary, a subsidy is available to help partially cover the cost.

How to get tested

A reservation is required to get the antibody testing. Please do so either on the 4th floor of the General Health Center or at any of the local branches. Reservations can also be made by mail. For more detailed information about what to bring, please contact the General Health Center.

The deadline to make a reservation is Wedensday, March 17, 2027.

Subsidy amount

The antibody test is free of charge. The subsidy for the two-in-one vaccine is 5,000 yen, or 3,000 yen for either the rubella or the measles vaccine.
