Important notices regarding national health insurance

Takasaki City sends out important notices regarding national health insurance (NHI) every July. There are multiple notices that may come. Please check the ones that get sent to you in the mail.

　(1) Health insurance bill and updated insurance rates*
　(2) New health insurance card
　(3) New insurance card for older senior citizens

*Be sure to pay your health insurance bill before the deadline. Those who have special circumstances (such as having survived a fire disaster or having been hospitalized for a long time) or who are unemployed and are struggling to make payments may be eligible for payment exemption. Interested persons should inquire before applying.
